Presenters must remain within their allotted presentation length. The allocated time for Oral Presentations is 15 minutes and 25 minutes for Keynote. Please allow time for questions.

Powerpoint presentations should be brought to the conference on a USB and be PC compatible. If you are an Apple Macintosh user you MUST bring your adapter to connect your laptop to the system computer. Your presentation should be loaded onto the PC at the lectern in your presentation room and tested prior to your session (during the registration time, coffee breaks or lunch time) to ensure they run smoothly without delay. All session rooms will be equipped with a projector screen (16:10 aspect ratio) and a lectern with Microsoft Powerpoint and Adobe PDF reader. Laser pointers will be provided.

Please arrive at the session room 10 minutes before the start of the session to introduce yourself to the Session Chair.



Each poster will be displayed on a free standing panel. Posters should be A0 (841 mm x 1190 mm) paper in Portrait Orientation or A1 (594mm x 841mm) if landscape orientation. The poster should be clearly visible 1.5m away from the panel to ensure it can be read. Velcro dots will be provided to attach your poster to the board.

Your presentation space will be identified by a card with your paper number. Please mount your poster the day prior to your poster session. All posters must be removed at the end of the poster session. Posters left after this time will be removed and disposed of.
